Can I purchase an RV directly from Starcraft RV?
We do not sell factory direct to retail customers. We chose to concentrate on planning, development and construction of our RV’s. There are over 200 authorized Starcraft dealers in the United States and Canada that are ready to assist you. Click here to find your nearest Starcraft dealer.
Does Starcraft build custom RV’s?
Our RV’s are made on an assembly line to maximize quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness. Therefore we are not able to offer customized RVs. We apologize for any inconvenience. Check out the different models and floorplans we have to choose from, we’re sure you’ll find something to fit your needs.
Where do I locate the vehicle identification number (serial number) of my unit?
The 17 digit serial number can typically be found on the following documents:
- Insurance Policy
- Bill of Sale
You can also find it on the unit in the following locations:
- On the Federal Tag located on lower side of “road side” sidewall
- Inside of the frame on back side of unit
- On a sticker inside of a kitchen cabinet door
How can I purchase parts for my Starcraft RV?
Parts for Starcraft RV’s are sold exclusively by authorized Starcraft dealers. For the dealer nearest to you, see our Starcraft dealer locator or call 1-800-945-4787 (Starcraft Parts Department). Please have your vehicle identification number when you call a dealer, as they cannot order parts without it.
I’m going to buy (or sell) an older Starcraft RV. Can you give me a value?

I just purchased a used Starcraft RV. Where can I get an owner’s manual?
There are several years of owners' manuals available on this website. If you don’t see the year you are looking for, you may contact your local Starcraft Dealer and they can download one for you, or you may contact customer service.
