Starcraft® Camping Trailers Aim to Enhance the Family Camping Experience

Middlebury, Ind. – With its numerous choices of floorplans and features, the 2011 Starcraft® camping trailer lineup is the most appealing camping trailers on the market for families of various sizes and budgets.

Starcraft camping trailers offer three series to choose from, Starcraft Series, Starcraft RT, and Centennial, each with a unique personality, and all designed with economy, comfort, convenience, and durability in mind. Available in a variety of floorplan designs that range in length from 11-feet to just over 26-feet, the 2011 lineup of Starcraft Camping Trailers are geared to fit a variety of lifestyles and budgets.

Starcraft’s most popular and affordable camping trailer, the entry-level Starcraft Series, offers five floorplans and room to sleep up to eight people. With a permanently attached sectionalized tent, E-Z Store bed supports and a one-piece door that is easily stored, the Starcraft Series is designed to allow set up and maintenance a breeze. Standard equipment in the Starcraft Series includes a carry-out dinette table, tinted windows, silver wheel rims, a storage box and TorFlex® independent torsion axle suspension.

The tough and ready to rumble Starcraft RT series is made for adventurous RVers who like to haul equipment, gear, and toys for exploring off-the-beaten-path. The 2011 Starcraft RT combines the convenience of a camping trailer with the durability of a toy hauler. The exterior features a diamond-plated front cargo area with six wheeled D-rings that hold up to 1,200 pounds and a power lift system that makes setting up and tearing down camp easier than ever. The interior features easy-care vinyl flooring and a granite- look and feel countertop. For 2011, the RT features a new floorplan with 15” off-road Dunlop Mud Rover radial tires and a carry-out dinette table. Upgrades for the 2011 model year include an outdoor shower, king-sized sleeping areas, 1,050-lb. rated bunk ends, diamond plating on the front and rear and corrosion-resistant frame. The Customer Value Package features a refrigerator, awning, Multi-Media Sound System™ AM/FM/CD stereo with MP3 and two speakers, water purification system and prep for solar power.

Starcraft’s premier camping trailer, the Centennial series, is designed for people who love the convenience of a camping trailer, but need a little more room. The Centennial camping trailers can comfortably sleep up to eight adults with a pair of king-sized bunk beds, providing plenty of space to spread out and relax. A three-burner stove/oven, 3 cu. ft. gas/electric refrigerator, Brown Sugar hardwood doors, a power roof lift system and a 16,000-BTU furnace sets the Centennial series apart from the competition. With ample storage, luxurious interior upgrades throughout the unit and modern kitchen conveniences, the 2011 Centennial series allows travelers to take the comforts of home with them on the road. Each model is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring options like bed mat heaters, deluxe screen room, electric brakes, outside grill and a stereo with outside speakers. The Customer Convenience Package includes an awning, water purification system, polished aluminum wheels and Multi-Media Sound System™ AM/FM/CD stereo with and two speakers.
