Topeka, Ind. - Continuing to capitalize on its increased manufacturing capacities, Starcraft RV has announced its entry into the Euro-shaped light weight travel trailer segment with the introduction of the CometTM Mini.
“Building on the momentum of our products in the marketplace, the growth of our company has opened new doors and allowed us to continue to listen and react to the needs of the market and provide the products our dealers want and retail customers are demanding,” said Akos Sefcsik president of Starcraft RV. “The Comet Mini is a shining example of our focus.”
“The Comet Mini looks different than your typical travel trailer because it is different,” said Nick Eppert, Starcraft RV’s vice president of sales and product development. “The Comet Mini features a European-styled aerodynamic exterior design, with a one-piece fiberglass roof and diamond plate lower wall shielding in the front and rear. The Comet Mini will definitely stand out from the crowd,” Eppert continued. Utilizing aluminum caged, laminated sidewalls, the Comet Mini is focused on maintaining an ultra-low dry weight that makes it very appealing to the weight-conscious buyer.
Just because it is light weight does not mean you will sacrifice comfort features. Inside, the Comet Mini will offer all of the modern conveniences you would expect to find in a much more expensive travel trailer. Standard features, such as a convection microwave and upgraded pleated night shades, as well as optional 13.5k air conditioning, electric awning, electric tongue jack and bumper mount grill, all add up to what we consider to be the perfect little and light weight home away from home. Initially available in five models, the Comet Mini will have a floorplan to meet most everyone’s light-weight needs.
